TMT Re-Bar Mill
J.S Rolling is a specialist in high speed bar mills. We have set up mills with a speed of 40 m/s to achieve desired production in single as well as in multistrand slit operations.
- Customized layout design according to your specifications.
- No limitations of space, most optimized design.
- Billet Sizes: 100 x 100 to 160 x 160 mm – 6 to 12 meters.
- Rolling Mill Capacity: Upto 600,000 TPA.
- Self-tempering and quenching facilities.
- Drop wall roller way with lifting aprons.
- Finished product: Rebars 8 to 40 mm dia.
- Steel grade: Low, medium, high carbon steel.

- All Shears shall come with 5 years year un-conditional warranty.
- All Cordon Shafts shall be Nuhydro/Cordon India Make.

No Local Gear Couplings. - All Universal Couplings, Spindles, Adopter Heads shall be made from EN 8/9 forging material only.

The minimum warranty on any of our equipment shall be
5 years. -
Our Bar Transfer and Bar Handling Area equipment shall have
10 year un-conditional warranty. - All Bearings are SKF/FAG/Timken
